Team is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated
Junior HRIS Analyst (all genders)
Full time and temporary for 12 months
Key Responsibilities
* Customer Support: Serve as the first point of contact for HRIS-related inquiries, providing effective solutions based on customer needs.
* Analytics and Dashboards: Assist in creating and maintaining HR analytics tools and dashboards to support data-driven decisions.
* Process Coordination: Help in the creation, coordination, and centralization of Global HR processes.
* Project Participation: Actively engage in global HRIS projects aimed at developing and improving our HRIS systems.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources (preferably with a focus on HRIS), Finance, or a related field.
* Familiarity with HR analytics and HRIS is advantageous.
* Keen interest in innovative HR solutions and continuous process improvement.
* Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
* Fluent in English.
