Dynamic Sales Engineer Opportunity in Bavaria

In this role, you will work with existing customers and approach new potential customers to tailor our solutions to their needs. You will have the opportunity to travel extensively throughout the assigned territory, engaging with customers by providing exceptional service and support.

As a Sales Engineer, your key responsibilities will include:
1. Establishing and expanding relationships with existing customers to meet their growing needs
2. Visiting and supporting existing customers to ensure their satisfaction
3. Preparing customer inquiries for processing by our back office team
4. Managing and further developing our market position by understanding the customer's business drivers and goals
5. Preparing and managing annual booking budgets by product and value period
6. Working collaboratively with our team on integrated projects and initiatives
7. Participating in relevant industry events to stay up-to-date on industry trends
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A bachelor's degree in engineering or technical field or equivalent experience
* Proven sales/business development experience in a B2B technical environment
* Affinity towards technology and innovations and good technical understanding
* Proficiency in English and German language
* Availability to frequently travel in the assigned territory
* Driving license
Preferred qualifications that set you apart include:
* Matrix organization experience
* Experience in industrial automation environment; with a good knowledge of similar technical products (isolation valves, actuators,) and understanding of similar industries (breweries, refineries, chemical, petrochemical, steel manufacturers, resellers, EPCs, OEMs)
