Dein Aufgabengebiet:
1. Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Objektstrategien
2. Erstellung und Überwachung von Budgets (Capex, Opex, etc.)
3. Cash-Flow Analysen
4. Markt- und Mieterresearch
5. Erstellung von internen und externen Vorlagen und Präsentationen für Entscheidungsgremien
6. Interne und externe Berichterstattung (Auswertung Mietlaufzeiten, Zahlungsrückstände, Mieteinnahmen etc.)
7. Sowie Übernahme genereller administrativer Aufgaben
Your Profile
8. Kaufmännisches Studium mit Schwerpunkt in der Immobilienwirtschaft oder allgemeines kaufmännisches Studium mit Zusatzqualifikation in der Immobilienwirtschaft
9. MS Office Kenntnisse insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint
10. Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
11. Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten
12. Teamplayer und Fähigkeit zur selbständigen Arbeit
