Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a network of distributors and commercial partners in the German market, focusing on Southern Germany.
- Identify new business opportunities, assess client needs, and offer tailored technical solutions.
- Negotiate effectively and close sales to achieve and exceed targets.
- Represent the company at client meetings, trade fairs, and product demonstrations.
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver projects successfully.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in field sales development (minimum 3 years), ideally within an industrial or technical environment.
- Native or near-native German language skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong command of English for international working; French is an advantage.
- Comfortable with frequent travel (several days per week).
- Technical aptitude – able to quickly understand complex products and present them clearly and persuasively.
- Self-driven, well-organised, results-oriented, and highly customer-focused.
- Proficient with digital tools (CRM, reporting, office suite) to track sales activity effectively.
- Full, clean driving licence essential.
