Product Leadership Opportunity
The role of Group Product Manager is a pivotal position within our organization, requiring exceptional leadership and strategic thinking. As a key member of the product team, you will be responsible for managing and mentoring a group of product managers while overseeing the strategy, roadmap, and execution of key product categories.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and develop a high-performing team of product managers across multiple product lines and locations;

6. Develop and communicate comprehensive product strategies and plans that align with organizational goals;
7. Maintain relationships with key suppliers, partners, and customers to drive business growth and revenue;
8. Translate customer pain points into actionable product requirements that meet business objectives;
9. Stay informed on emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure continued competitiveness;
10. Comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Math, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Astronomy, or related technical field;
* 8+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership or people management role;
* Demonstrated success in launching successful products and driving business growth;
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills;
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills;
* Proficient in MS Office software and able to adapt to new tools and technologies;
* Willingness to travel occasionally for business purposes;
* Adaptability and flexibility in a changing business environment;
* High level of personal initiative and motivation;
* Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to take calculated risks.
