JOIN OUR TEAM
As a Supply Planning Manager at Westwing, you will be responsible for driving category level inventory availability to meet customer demand across our private label portfolio. We are looking for an innovator, who has the desire to build and shape the future of Westwing's Supply Planning tools and processes and will join the team as a bar raiser to an already high-performing team. This position is unlimited and located in Munich.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
* Develop and execute category- and supplier-specific replenishment strategies using AI-driven demand forecasting and 12-month rolling supply plans, balancing availability with cost efficiency
* Design and implement an omnichannel inventory management strategy, including stock segmentation across Stores, Partner Channels, B2B and B2C
* Monitor and optimise stock levels, inventory health and promotional availability to maximise GMV in line with inventory turn targets and capacity constraints
* Manage inbound selling and SKU transitions, ensuring full sell-through of discontinued items while minimising availability and delivery lead-time disruption
* Define and deliver OKRs and initiatives that improve output quality, scalability and automation; develop and maintain SOPs
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Buying, Category, Integrated Business Planning and Supply Chain), conduct ad hoc analyses, and track KPIs to drive continuous performance improvement
YOU COME WITH
* 3+ years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, or supply chain roles
* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
* Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and knowledge of SQL
* Strong affinity for data and numbers, with the ability to effectively communicate insights across different levels of seniority
* Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, demonstrating a hands-on approach with a focus on both detail and fast execution
* Self-starter mindset, with the capability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
* Fluency in English, German is a plus
