Your missionAs a Sales Representative (m/f/d), you are the driving force behind our growth! In this role, you will maintain and expand existing customer relationships while actively acquiring new customers and unlocking new business opportunities.Your responsibilities:Customer Care & Acquisition: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers through regular contact and excellent service – while also attracting new customers to our solutions.Cross- & Upselling: Identify additional needs of existing customers and present tailored solutions to maximize revenue potential.New Customer Acquisition:Recognize market opportunities, strategically build new customer relationships, and develop them into long-term business partners.Needs-Based Solutions: Analyze the specific requirements of both existing and new customers and adapt our products and services accordingly.Successful Negotiations: Develop customized offers and lead contract negotiations through to a successful conclusion.Dynamic Product Presentation: Inspire both existing and potential customers at trade fairs, conferences, and industry events with your in-depth product knowledge and persuasive approach.CRM Management: Use our CRM system, HubSpot, for documentation, analysis, and optimization of your sales activities.Your profileYou have completed a commercial apprenticeship or a degree in economics, healthcare or similar.You have at least 3 years of professional experience in software sales, ideally in supporting social organisations.
