WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
1. Serve as the main contact for the Partner Portal, overseeing content, user access, performance, and continuous improvements based on partner and internal feedback.
2. Enable local sales offices to embed the portal into daily workflows and monitor adoption through usage reporting and actionable insights.
3. Manage end-to-end Marketing Automation activities, including campaign setup, segmentation, lead scoring, email journeys, and performance tracking.
4. Support the Sales organization with day-to-day Salesforce usage, troubleshooting, best practices, and data quality.
5. Act as the liaison between business and technical teams to drive effective adoption of CRM, Marketing Automation, and the Partner Portal across departments.
6. Develop, roll out, and maintain training materials, product documentation, loyalty campaigns, and partner engagement tools certifications, co-branded assets, deal registration, and incentive tracking).
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
7. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field, with 3+ years of experience in CRM administration, partner management, and SaaS environments.
8. Experience with CRM platforms, partner portals, and marketing automation tools Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, ZiftONE, Impartner, Allbound, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot).
9. Strong understanding of channel marketing, partner enablement, onboarding, training, engagement, and customer-/partner-centric best practices.
10. Solid knowledge of API integrations, general IT landscapes, data synchronization concepts, basic troubleshooting, and project management.
11. Excellent English communication and collaboration skills, ability to work with virtual and international teams
12. High self-motivation, strong problem-solving skills, and awareness of relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
