For our client, a well-known online marketplace for the travel industry, we are looking for a Business Development Manager (f/m/d) in Berlin.
Tasks:
Student Program Execution:
* Support execution of the DE Student roadmap across campus, partnerships, incentives and other related touchpoints
* Help coordinate student-focused initiatives such as campus leaders, student partnerships, referral programs and incentives
* Operationalize key programs and initiatives and make them work. From developing sales programs within university, to unblocking operational constraints by finding innovative solutions
* Assist in delivering student campaigns aligned with seasonal travel moments (e.g. summer trips, group travel, graduation, term breaks)
Cross-Functional Integration:
* Partner with Growth Marketing on performance initiatives such as incentives, referrals and conversion optimisation
* Partner with the Supply team to assess student housing opportunities (universities, hostels,..)
Partnerships & Community:
* Support relationships with student organisations, university groups, and youth-focused partners
* Assist in coordinating campus leader activities and community engagement efforts
* Help identify cultural moments and trends relevant to student audiences
Insights & Reporting
* Track and report on student marketing activity, performance and learnings
* Support campaign reporting, post-campaign reviews and documentation of best practices
* Help gather student insights to inform future strategy and program development
Profile:
* 2–5 years in growth marketing, business development, or program management – passion about building new programs
* Experience with community engagement, campus programs, or youth/student audiences
* Data-driven — comfortable with performance analysis and optimisation
* Hands-on, scrappy, and able to build from scratch
* Strong organisational skills; able to run multiple workstreams at once
* Clear communicator, collaborative, and cross-functional by default
For this role the working contract is done through our agency and is fixed on 6 months with option to be extended/take over.
