Role Summary
As Marketing Manager Air Filtration Europe (m/f/d), you’ll be the energetic force behind impactful marketing execution across Europe. You will design and run offline and online activities — fairs, events, trainings and integrated campaigns — that boost our brand visibility and accelerate business growth.
You will team up with Sales and Communications to craft targeted content and tools that elevate sales effectiveness. At the same time, you'll push performance driven digital marketing and turn data into strategic power.
This role requires strong project leadership — but no direct personnel responsibility.
Your Challenges
You will:
1. Plan, organize and execute high impact online and offline marketing activities — from fairs and events to customer trainings and integrated campaigns.
2. Develop and drive the European marketing strategy plus annual marketing & communication plans.
3. Transform global master materials into compelling regional content with consistent messaging.
4. Strengthen brand awareness and ensure a unified presence across European markets.
5. Support Sales Enablement with targeted communication tools, sharp content and structured collaboration across functions.
6. Keep stakeholders aligned — from Sales and Product Management to R&D and Global Marketing.
7. Manage and brief external agencies to deliver high quality results on time.
8. Lead performance driven digital marketing and continuously optimize via KPIs, analytics and insights.
9. Measure, analyze and improve customer experience across all (digital and physical) touchpoints.
10. Conduct structured competitor analyses focusing on campaigns, media strategies and market approaches.
Your Profile
11. Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT or a comparable field.
12. Experience: 3–5 years in marketing, ideally B2B industrial. You know your way around online & offline activities, events and trainings.
13. Expertise:Strong project management and the ability to turn strategy into actionable, impactful plans.Solid digital marketing knowledge, including analytics and marketing technologies.Confidence in interpreting complex data and converting it into strategic recommendations.Experience collaborating across Sales, Product Management, R&D and international teams.Understanding of GDPR, PECR and privacy regulations.
14. Language Skills: Fluent English (C1+). German is a strong plus — and will make your life easier.
