We are seeking an IT Governance, Risk and Compliance professional to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
* Developing and maintaining an IT governance framework that aligns with our strategic objectives
* Collaborating with stakeholders to define IT policies, standards and procedures
* Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and producing reports to assess the effectiveness of IT governance
* Ensuring timely reporting to senior management
* Identifying, assessing and prioritising risks relating to information systems and digital infrastructures
* Implementing and monitoring risk mitigation plans
* Conducting impact analyses and proposing solutions to strengthen IT resilience
* Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations such as ISO 27001, GDPR, PCI-DSS and other applicable standards
* Organising and supervising internal and external IT audits
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of compliance processes
* Working closely with cyber security teams to integrate necessary controls into IT systems
* Identifying vulnerabilities and proposing improvements to minimise security risks
* Providing training to employees on good IT security and compliance practices
* Serving as a key liaison between IT teams, business departments and senior management
* Organising awareness sessions on IT risks and compliance requirements
The Ideal Candidate Profile
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, information systems management or equivalent
* Relevant certifications, such as CISM, CISA, CRISC, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role or in IT risk management, compliance or information security
* Proven experience in project management and coordination with multidisciplinary teams
* Strong analytical skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively and effectively within a team environment
* In-depth knowledge of IT governance frameworks (COBIT, ITIL, etc.)
* Expertise in IT risk management and cybersecurity
* Experience with GRC tools and methodologies
* Accurate and up-to-date knowledge of security and data protection standards and regulations
* Valid driver's license
