Who you can become with us…

We seek an exceptionally motivated and skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. This role, centered around the EMEA region with a DACH focus, will be instrumental in driving the growth of our AI, Data and Cloud solution business. With your initiatives, you will create and pursue business opportunities, both with and for our clients. Your responsibilities include developing new client relationships and identifying business opportunities to enhance growth and profitability.

Your key responsibilities will include:

* Building and managing a sales pipeline for TRKKN’s consulting & license business, nurtured by new clients ranging from medium-sized businesses to enterprises

* Managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting a new client and presenting our products and services to closing the deal

* Collaborating with our cross-functional teams to provide solutions to client's challenges, ensuring client satisfaction, and delivering an outstanding consultative selling experience

* Co-owning and driving a part of TRKKN’s DACH sales strategy to acquire new clients with outbound tactics, aligned with Go-to-Market & Marketing

* Identification of new sales opportunities through networking and events, both direct outbound and through our existing partnerships with Google, Tech Vendors, and Agencies

* Crafting compelling pitch decks and customized approaches to showcase our offerings to potential clients

* Negotiating license fees and consulting & professional services contracts with procurement teams of clients

* Coordinating pre-contractual requirements, ensuring all necessary documentation and processes are in place

* Tapping into the Google Cloud & Ads organization network to create joint sales plays for crucial clients

* Collecting and analyzing customer data to identify cross and upsell opportunities for improvement

The person we are looking for…

* Possesses substantial experience in business development, customer acquisition, and engagement within the Online Marketing, Data Analytics, and Marketing Technology industry

* Has a proven track record of driving business growth with outbound lead generation tactics and exceptional consultative selling.

* Has completed certifications and training and gained hands-on knowledge within the Google Cloud Platform and/or its competitors

* It would be nice to have prior exposure to the Google Cloud and/or Google Marketing Platform, especially to its products, such as Google Analytics.

* Prior exposure to industry verticals such as TelCo, Media & Entertainment or Energy & Utilities are a plus

* Has a strong personality and likes to work in a fast-moving scale-up environment

* Brings a willingness to travel nationally 2-3 times per month

* Has strong communication skills and is fluent in English and German (min. C1)
