Job Description
Area of Responsibility:
* Processing of invoices
* Ongoing financial accounting for business operations
* Reviewing tax assessments
* Scheduling and calendar management
* Preparatory year-end closing tasks
* Reviewing travel expenses
* Administrative tasks
* Master data maintenance & archiving
* Email and telephone correspondence with customers / suppliers / internal team
* Handling correspondence in both German and English
Requirements:
* Successfully completed vocational training
* Good command of English, both written and spoken
* Solid expertise in office management
* Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV
* Proficiency in common MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Motivated team player, solution- and goal-oriented, flexible and able to work independently
* Ability to prioritize and complete tasks effectively
