In this role, you will provide exceptional support to our German-speaking customers, helping them navigate their travel bookings and ensuring a smooth experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver outstanding customer service to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat regarding their bookings and inquiries.
* Assist customers with reservations, cancellations, modifications, and general inquiries related to their travel plans.
* Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
* Document interactions and updates in the CRM system accurately for future reference.
* Collaborate with various departments to address complex issues and improve customer experiences.
* Stay informed about Booking.com services, promotions, and travel trends to provide knowledgeable assistance.
Requirements
* Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is advantageous.
* Experience in customer support, especially in the travel or hospitality industry, is preferred.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with customers.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
* Familiarity with booking systems and travel-related products is a plus.
* Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple customer inquiries.
* Willingness to relocate to Greece for this position.
