Your role
As a Senior HR Solutions Expert you will:
1. ensure that the organisation has a fair, consistent and competitive total rewards package;
2. proactively provide specific advice and recommendations and support strategic projects on complex issues in the field of total rewards;
3. manage complex cases, including liaising with relevant teams in Legal, Audit, internal/external functions in charge of Data Protection or the Mediator Offices;
4. develop data-driven proposals to identify and implement best practice policies;
5. provide support to the HR operations function;
6. draft and present documents to the management team and communicate HR policy across the organisation;
7. maintain an active network of contacts with relevant internal and external counterparts.

Qualifications, experience and skills
Essential:
8. a master’s degree or equivalent in human resources, finance, business administration or another relevant field (see for details on degree equivalences);
9. a minimum of 7 and ideally 10 or more years’ experience in the field of total rewards or similar topics, preferably in the public domain;
10. sound understanding of EU employment regulations, employment frameworks and labour law;
11. professional experience in understanding and applying complex concepts and data;
12. a track record in HR policy optimisation projects:
13. excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills and the ability of building constructive relationships to reach consensus with stakeholders;
14. excellent communication skills, including written communication and presenting complex matters to decision makers and other stakeholders;
15. a sound knowledge of software applications, databases and reporting tools used for managing HR data and processes;
16. an advanced (C1) command of English and an intermediate (B1) command of at least one other official language of the EU, according to the .
