Senior Manager (m/f/d) Brand Communications & Social
A full-time position at our Headquarter in Hamburg starting September 1st,

As the Senior Brand Communications & Social Manager, you will be responsible for translating Montblanc`s brand strategy into social and organic communication channels, leading the organic content strategy across all digital platforms, and driving engagement through compelling storytelling. You will manage a substantial marketing budget, collaborate closely with senior leadership, and act as an expert for social communication both globally and across key regional markets.

1) in Social Media Strategy & Editorial Leadership

1. Strategic and conceptual development of all global social media communication channels (Instagram, TikTok, Threads, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Shorts).
2. Translate Montblanc`s brand strategy into impactful, engaging content with a focus on Social and organic channels
3. Translate Montblanc’s brand strategy into engaging, platform-native content that inspires and builds community
4. Lead the editorial planning and deployment across platforms, and steer the global social media agency
5. Serve as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders (Media, PR, E-commerce, CRM, Richemont)
6. Oversee local market strategies on social media, including Asian markets, supporting and monitoring local plans.
7. Work closely with the Brand Communications Director on strategic planning, performance reviews, and monthly rollouts

2) in Content Development & Brand Expression

8. Lead the creative process for evergreen content and organic content production, ensuring high-quality output.
9. Advance Montblanc’s brand expression across all organic channels with a focus on visual consistency and narrative integrity
10. Ensure brand consistency and a luxury aesthetic across all content.
11. Manage creator and influencer partnerships, from concept to content delivery
12. Oversee local content production: activations, campaigns, and day-to-day storytelling

3) in Campaign Execution & Coordination

13. Lead the rollout of campaign plans on social, ensuring alignment with Montblanc’s brand guidelines and overall marketing objectives.
14. Work in close collaboration with cross-functional teams (PR, Marketing, Retail, E-commerce, Events) to ensure seamless campaign integration.
15. Oversee content creation schedules, budgets, and approvals
16. Drive cross-functional alignment with Media, Creative and Brand Communication teams.

4) in Event Coverage and Collaborations

17. Develop communication concepts for brand event coverage on all relevant digital channels ( Campaign Launch Events, Watches & Wonders, collaborations launches)
18. Work closely with Events and Brand Relations teams to deliver luxury storytelling moments across platforms
19. Direct on-site content production, including influencer activations and real-time coverage

6) in Performance Tracking & Reporting

20. Own the global content and social media budget, ensuring efficiency and value
21. Evaluation and Tracking of Social Media Activities on a qualitative and quantitative basis, focusing on key metrics such as engagement, reach, and ROI.
22. Provide concise, data-driven updates to senior leadership, highlighting successes, lessons learned, and any recommendations for improvement.

7) in Brand Reputation & Community Management

23. Protecting the brand's social media reputation via social media monitoring and community management
24. Ensure continuity and optimize processes in community management.
25. Gather and share consumer insights to inform content strategies and cross-functional briefs

You’ll have…

26. a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
27. 8+ years of experience in Brand Communications, Social Media, or similar fields, preferably within the luxury or fashion sector.
28. Deep knowledge of content strategy, production, and art direction
29. Demonstrated success in driving engagement and brand relevance through social media strategies
30. Excellent project management and communication skills, with an eye for aesthetic detail.
31. Fluency in digital trends, analytics, and social-first storytelling
32. Proven success in team leadership, collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing global stakeholders
33. Experience managing significant marketing budgets and agency relationships.
34. Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills; able to represent Montblanc convincingly at a senior level.
