Job Title: IT Technical Support Specialist
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT technical support specialist to join our team. As an IT technical support specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our colleagues.
* Walk colleagues through steps to help them resolve their technical issues, onsite and remote;
* Resolve their technical issues, onsite and remote;
* Responsible for user provisioning;
* Collect and document all business requirements towards IT systems;
* Maintain relationships with counterparts and other stakeholders by effective communication;
* Maintain control of project status (triple constraints) through proactive change management;
* Administer internal platforms;
* Provide regular and accurate reporting;
* Administer internal IT equipment;
Requirements:
* 3-5 years of working experience as an IT engineer in a relevant industry;
* BSc in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or relevant areas;
* ITIL and service management;
* Microsoft technologies Active Directory, Office 365, DNS, Windows 11 Virtualization technologies VMware;
* Knowledge in network equipment Monitor and manage network performance and integrity Professional certification will be a plus;
* Excellent team player and motivator;
* Multinational experience German Fluency in English;
