Job Summary
The successful candidate will oversee HR Administration and Analytics, collaborating with various teams to position HR as a strategic partner.
Responsibilities include collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from HRIS software, managing deliverables, developing dashboards, establishing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and monitoring trends.
Key Tasks:
* Develop existing dashboards by collecting data from multiple sources
* Work with teams to establish KPIs
* Anticipate trends and make recommendations based on dashboard analysis
Administrative Support:
* Manage organization charts and staff details
* Handle relations with administrations and public service bodies
Leadership Role:
* Organize and supervise division activities
* Ensure information sharing and high-quality deliverables
