About this Position What you´ll do Lead business expansion for Henkel Adhesive Technologies in the façade construction and window installation Lead Marketing activities that support the business growth and creates new business opportunities Identify and scale adhesive applications and technologies across multiple countries and customer profiles (KAM and Distributors) Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key customers and stakeholders Take P&L responsibility for new market segments/geographies Collaborate cross-functionally with application engineering and sales to align solutions with market needs Monitor trends, competitor activities, and innovation in the construction materials space.
