Your Tasks:
* Leading and controlling of technical and compliance projects, from conception to implementation
* Conducting feasibility studies and evaluating economic solutions
* Control of tendering processes (RfI/RfP), including the preparation of decision documents in cooperation with Procurement
* (IT-)project planning, resource management, budget control, and risk management
* Preparation and presentation of project reports and decision papers for stakeholders and committees
* Coordination with internal departments, external partners, and service providers
* Active participation in the further development of agile product development structures
Your Profile:
* Successfully completed studies in business administration, computer science or business informatics
* Several years of experience in IT project management in the financial services environment with a focus on technical projects and/or compliance projects as well as budget responsibility
* Knowledge of the regulatory environment of financial service providers
* Experience in the application of agile methods
* Experienced with collaboration and project management tools
* Very good written and spoken German and English skills
* Assertiveness, goal orientation and negotiating skills
* Creativity, willingness to innovate and problem-solving skills
