Your Tasks
1. Lead strategy, evaluation, and enhancement of enterprise-wide BI and AI tools, ensuring alignment with business workflows and adoption
2. Collaborate with IT, Data Governance, and business units to optimize the tooling landscape, ensure interoperability, and integrate into daily processes
3. Monitor usage, gather feedback, and define roadmaps to maximize usability, productivity, and business impact
4. Coordinate access to sandboxes, testing environments, and safe experimentation spaces
5. Design and deliver targeted training programs (modular, self-service, live workshops) to build data and AI literacy across HQ and local teams
6. Develop learning journeys from foundational literacy to advanced AI use; track progress and iterate formats based on impact
7. Act as trusted advisor and coach for effective AI and BI tool use in operations and innovation
8. Support onboarding of new contributors, guide on support channels, and foster peer learning through best practice sharing and community engagement
9. Drive an active internal AI community through expert talks, showcases, and peer exchanges
10. Share success stories, internal use cases, and tooling updates; connect members to spark collaboration and experimentation
Your Profile
11. 6–10 years of experience in tooling management, digital enablement, learning & development, or community activation
12. Demonstrated success in driving adoption of technology platforms through structured enablement and engagement strategies
13. Strong facilitation, coaching, and change management skills, ideally in enterprise or hybrid IT/business environments
14. Solid understanding of BI platforms, GenAI tooling, AI/ML lifecycle, and AI governance principles
15. Familiarity with adult learning theory, capability development, and digital adoption methodologies
16. Experience in creating or enabling cross-functional data/AI communities is a plus
17. Empathetic communicator with a passion for empowering others through knowledge and tools
18. Proactive and curious — stays on top of emerging technologies and adoption trends
19. Comfortable engaging both technical and business stakeholders, translating between domains, and fostering alignment
