This is a rare opportunity to join a team that is in a strong growth phase, with unbeatable benefits, exciting challenges and outstanding personal career development.TasksWe are looking for bright and inquisitive minds who have experience and passion in the areas of strategic transformation and operations as well as transaction consulting, especially for our offices in Frankfurt, Munich, Berlin and the cities of Cologne/Düsseldorf.As Vice President you are responsible for, among other things:Leading project teams and managing corporate and private equity clientsBusiness development and acquisition of new customers including cross-selling approachesSupporting customers during the sales and spin-off phase to strategic investors and private equity firms (sell-side)Advice on takeovers, e.g. development of integration strategies and definition of new business and operating models for the implementation of integration concepts (buy-side)Customer advice on company portfolios (buy-and-build strategies) and corporate transformation strategy with regard to market positioning, customer growth, digitalization and ESGIdentification, quantification and realization of synergy potential (value creation)Preparation of and participation in meetings for (top) management, e.g. project meetings, steering committees, advisory boards and supervisory boardsDevelopment and implementation of communication concepts for stakeholder managementEmployee development of senior associates, analysts and internRequirementsSeveral years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in management or transaction consulting, including taking on project management/leadership rolesCompleted studies from a renowned institution (Bachelor, Master, PhD)Strong sense of building corporate and business models and high interest in strategy, transformation and operational topics (e.g. M&A, business modeling, value creation, etc.)A well-founded “business network” in the area of corporate/financial services/and private equity customers is an advantageStructured and analytical thinking, with the ability to identify, understand, explain and develop solutions to complex issuesEnthusiasm for interaction and communication on a national and international level and willingness to travel, depending on the project situationIf you would like to join our Kroll team, please apply with a meaningful CV.
