Regional Sales Manager - Interventional Cardiology
My client is looking to hire a some additional Regional Managers to their Sales function.
Their new Regional Manager will ideally have a prior background in Cardiology sales and be hungry to develop a market and career.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clinicians and hospital stakeholders.
* Promote and demonstrate innovative cardiovascular products and solutions.
* Identify new business opportunities and manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Prepare customized product configurations and commercial proposals.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth supply and customer support.
* Provide market feedback and contribute to product and process improvements.
* Achieve sales targets and report on performance, opportunities, and challenges.
* Travel extensively within the region to meet customers and attend events.
Qualifications:
* Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
* 3+ years of medical device sales experience (ideally in Cardiology or Interventional products).
* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* High motivation, independence, and goal orientation.
* Fluent in German and English.
