Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio composed of special purpose vehicles from constitution to dissolution, including:
* Organizing board meetings and drafting board minutes.
* Reviewing and drafting documents such as resolutions, agreements, and contracts.
* Liaising with third parties such as lawyers, banks, and notaries.
Requirements
* At least 3 years of experience as a Corporate Officer in a similar environment in Luxembourg, such as a fiduciary or asset manager.
* Fluency in English to communicate efficiently with interlocutors.
* Strong knowledge of law essential for success in this position. A Bachelor's degree in Law is required.
* Ability to meet numerous deadlines and be proactive and organized.
