About the Role
As a Creative Designer, you’ll produce visually compelling, high-performing assets across digital and offline channels — spanning graphic design, motion design, video editing, and visual storytelling. Working closely with the Creative team, Content Manager, PR, and Social, you’ll create engaging visuals for paid media, social, web, email, retail, and print. The role pairs a strong design foundation with motion and video capabilities, and a passion for building modern consumer brands.
Responsibilities
* Creative & Motion Assets — Design high-quality assets for paid ads (Meta, TikTok, YouTube), social, web, and email. Create motion graphics, animations, and video edits for campaigns, product launches, and brand storytelling — always aligned to brand identity and visual standards.
* Campaign Execution — Support integrated campaigns across digital, retail, and offline. Design key visuals, landing page assets, social content, banners, and promotional graphics that drive engagement and conversion.
* Retail, POSM & Print — Design in-store displays, packaging inserts, retail graphics, brochures, flyers, and campaign collateral to brand guidelines, ensuring print-ready, production-accurate execution.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration — Partner with the Creative team, Content Manager, PR, and Social to deliver cohesive solutions; adapt creative across markets and channels while managing multiple projects to deadline.
* Visual Innovation — Explore new formats, animation styles, and visual trends; support 3D visual development and rendering where applicable.
Qualifications
* 1–5 years in graphic, motion, or multimedia design (brand, e-commerce, or agency)
* Strong portfolio across graphic design, motion graphics, and video editing
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
* Experience with Figma for digital and web design
* Experience with Cinema 4D or other 3D tools
* Strong grasp of visual hierarchy, typography, layout, color, and brand systems
* Fluent English
Required Skills
* Blender or other 3D tools
* Performance-marketing and social-media design
* Consumer brands, e-commerce, or tech products
* German and/or Chinese language skills
