Mircrosoft 365 Solution Developer (m/f/d)
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements & Solution Design
* Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design tailored applications using Power Apps and the broader M365 toolset.
Power Apps Development
* Build low-code apps to automate and optimize business workflows. Integrate with tools like Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, and Teams.
Process Automation
* Develop automated workflows using Power Automate and connect Microsoft tools with external systems (CRM, ERP, etc.) to improve efficiency.
Azure Integration
* Manage Azure AD for authentication and access control. Use Azure Functions or Logic Apps for advanced business logic and integrations.
Data & Insights
* Create Power BI dashboards to enable data-driven decisions. Ensure solutions comply with security and governance standards.
User Support & Enablement
* Train users on Power Apps and M365 tools, and provide responsive technical support for application issues.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
* Proficient in Microsoft 365 ecosystem, particularly Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
* Familiar with Azure services (e.g., Azure AD, Azure Functions, Logic Apps).
* Understanding of REST APIs and connectors for third-party integrations.
* Familiarity with Office script, Power Fx or similar low-code programming languages.
* Proficiency in English and German (both written and spoken) to collaborate with international teams and stakeholders.
