Main Responsibilities
1. As a key member of our HR IT solutions team, you will oversee the coordination and interaction of various solutions including SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, conso and payroll accounting as well as integrations.
2. You will possess expertise in our data models and flows, ensuring seamless operation of our HR system architecture.
3. Strategic projects for the further development of our HRIS systems will be managed by you, ensuring alignment with company goals.
4. You will be responsible for the operation of our HR IT applications by coordinating service providers and stakeholders on your own responsibility.
5. Close collaboration with HR process owners is essential for optimizing and further developing HR IT applications to support and optimize HR business processes.
6. Development and functionality of interfaces between various HR systems such as SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, Payroll, Aconso and third-party systems like ClearSkye (IDM), SAP S4, Concur etc. will be handled by you.
Requirements
* A bachelor's degree in computer science, business informatics or business administration, or alternatively many years of job-relevant professional experience through specialist vocational training.
* Experience working with SuccessFactors, particularly in the modules 'Employee Central', 'Performance & Goals', 'Compensation', 'Recruiting', 'Integrations' etc.
* Good understanding of HR processes, e.g., payroll accounting.
* Project management skills and a proven track record of successfully managing and completing projects.
* Experience working with service management tools and ideally have already worked with ServiceNow.
* Fluency in written and spoken German and English.
* Ability to understand customer and user requirements and derive suitable measures and develop solutions.
