Procurement and Digital Project Assistant
* Main Responsibilities:
o Assist in the execution of digital initiatives within procurement.
o Collaborate with sales, IT, and marketing teams to drive business outcomes.
o Conduct market analysis and scouting for potential suppliers.
o Evaluate current processes and implement improvements.
o Verify supplier compliance with company policies.
o Manage vendor risk and execute mitigation strategies.
o Develop and manage tenders for multi-area projects.
o Provide specialized support to global regions.
* Key Activities:
o Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement databases.
o Create purchase orders and goods receipts.
o Track deliveries and ensure timely receipt of goods.
* Requirements:
o Bachelor's degree in economics or a related field.
o 2-3 years of relevant work experience in procurement, digital, or project management.
o Strong understanding of supplier and contract management principles.
o Proactive approach to task management and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
