Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and oversee HR information systems.
* Coordinate user incidents, change requests in relation to HRIS systems.
* Support the digitalization of HR processes.
* Maintain user permissions in HRIS systems.
* Stay up-to-date with technological advancements in HRIS.
* Work with stakeholders to gather business requirements and drive system planning, development, testing, and implementation.
* Perform system upgrades and provide technical support.
Additional Tasks:
The role also involves monitoring all projects within the HR department and collaborating with teams to ensure smooth internal processes.
