Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement sales strategies for our Entertainment ProAudio portfolio
* Lead revenue growth and market share expansion across territories
* Cultivate partnerships with key integrators and rental companies
* Manage product launches, promotional campaigns, and digital initiatives
* Maintain market awareness and competitor insights
* Represent us at industry events and trade shows
Requirements:
* Proven experience in sales and marketing within the ProAudio sector
* Strong knowledge of professional audio solutions, especially live sound and touring applications
* University degree in business or equivalent qualification
* Leadership skills in international teams
* Strategic mindset with hands-on approach
* Familiarity with Salesforce and SAP S4/HANA
