For our Berlin headquarters, we are seeking an experienced Process Manager / Data Analyst (m/f/d) to support our finance department as soon as possible. The position is full-time (40 hours/week).
Your tasks:
* Preparation, structuring and processing of large amounts of data in an accounting context
* Analysis of financial data to support reporting and decision-making processes.
* Creation, maintenance and further development of dashboards (Power BI)
* Identification and implementation of optimization potential in accounting processes
* Automation of recurring processes and reports (e.g. via Power BI, Excel, interfaces)
* Ensuring data quality, consistency and efficient data flows
* Collaboration with accounting and related departments to improve processes
* Integration and use of data from DATEV (optional)
* Support with billing and receivables management
Your profile:
* Studies in Business Administration, Finance, Business Informatics, Data Analytics or comparable practical professional experience
* Experience in data analysis, data preparation and reporting
* Excellent knowledge of Excel and Power BI (including data modeling)
* Strong focus on automation and process optimization
* Ideally, experience with DATEV or comparable systems.
* Experience in automating finance/accounting processes
* Knowledge of RPA / Process Automation Tools
* Analytical, solution-oriented thinking and a structured way of working
* Self-initiative and interest in actively improving processes
