We are an ambitious and motivated accounting team building world‑class processes to support our global camper‑van rental business. Your role is to take ownership of key Group and North American accounting processes by supporting monthly and yearly closings, improving workflows, and helping prepare our finance organization for future automation and ERP implementation.
The role - your passion
Group Accounting & Consolidation
* Drive monthly group close in Lucanet, including coordinating subsidiary reporting, account mapping, and consolidation of 17 global entities.
* Prepare and post recurring group adjustments for P&L, balance sheet and intercompany eliminations
* Collaborate with Financial Planning & Analysis team on monthly reviews and preparation of investor reporting
* Assist in consolidated financial statement preparation and audit under HGB.
North America Accounting (US & Canada)
* Take responsibility for correct monthly reporting of three North American entities.
* Take end‑to‑end ownership of assigned processes and continuously improve them
* Contribute to design and preparation of finance processes for ERP implementation
What You Need To Surf The Wave With Us
* 2–4+ years of accounting experience ideally in group accounting
* Experience implementing new accounting processes and driving process innovation
* Knowledge of a major accounting standard (e.g. HGB, IFRS, US GAAP etc)
* Hands‑on, structured, ownership‑driven mindset
* Fluent English; German a plus
