We are seeking a Sales Manager to drive sales growth and achieve key performance indicators in their assigned region.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop new business opportunities and secure orders, including adjacent industries
* Prepare and negotiate annual contracts, pricing, and forecasts in close alignment with internal stakeholders
* Act as the primary contact for customers, ensuring satisfaction and handling complaints professionally
* Monitor market trends and competitors, sharing insights to support strategic decisions
* Maintain accurate customer data and documentation in CRM systems
* Represent the organization at trade shows and cross-functional meetings
The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Optics, Electronics, Physics, or a related Engineering discipline, combined with at least 5 years of proven success in technical sales within an industrial environment.
