Impact Hub Berlin is looking for a Sales Operations Associate to support our growing Sales team in driving impactful collaborations and expanding our sales pipeline. You’ll help to fuel our mission of enabling impact-driven innovation. Your Deliverables Support the creation of offer pitch decks and funding proposals for private and public partners. Maintain partnership accounts and respond to daily partner and lead inquiries. Conduct lead research, outreach, and nurture activities to support pipeline building and constant deal flow. Prepare and organize partner-related meetings and events, including research and follow-ups. Ensure CRM system (Hubspot) is up-to-date and clean through regular maintenance. Assist Partnerships & Sales Manager in day-to-day workflows and coordination. Your qualifications and skills Demonstrable experience and aptitude in sales operations Excellent writing and communication skills in both English and German Proactive mindset with a passion for identifying and engaging the right partners Strong presentation design skills; experience in proposal writing is a plus Confident use of CRM systems and understanding of sales cycles (Hubspot knowledge preferred) Strong interpersonal skills; existing network is a plus You are based in Berlin and eligible to work in the EU What you can expect to learn in this position Hands-on experience with the full sales pipeline, CRM, and account management processes Deep knowledge of sustainability, social innovation, and impact entrepreneurship First-hand insights into circular economy, green tech, food systems, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion topics Experience collaborating across a diverse, global impact community A strong network within Berlin’s impact ecosystem Strategic role in scaling partnerships that address pressing social and environmental challenges What’s in it for you A part-time position (32 hrs/week) starting as soon as possible in Berlin, Neukölln.
