The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting laboratory experiments, analyzing results, and supporting the development and scale-up of production processes for the concentration of flavorings from natural raw materials.Set up and maintain laboratory equipment for separation processes.Perform laboratory tests including distillation, extraction, adsorption, and chromatography.Conduct analytical evaluations using GC, GC/MS, HPLC, photometry, and other relevant techniques.Prepare samples and independently evaluate and interpret test results.Document findings in laboratory journals and SAP systems.Prepare technical reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.Support the development and optimization of production processes from lab to pilot and production scale.Register product and development numbers; conduct product reviews.Ensure compliance with occupational safety standards and maintain a clean and organized work environment.About YouCompleted training as a Chemical Laboratory Assistant or Chemical Technician .Proven work experience in separation technologies and analytical chemistry.Strong technical understanding and process engineering knowledge.Hands-on experience with scale-up processes from lab to production.Proficiency in analytical techniques (GC, GC/MS, HPLC, etc.).Familiarity with MS Office and SAP systems.Fluent in German (written and spoken) – mandatory.Good command of English (written and spoken).Our OfferBecome part of our open and transparent culture.
