At Envalior, we are seeking a skilled Data Scientist to strengthen our Data & AI Center of Excellence. In this key role, you will improve data quality at scale and deliver advanced analytics, predictive models, and decision‑support tools that enable smarter, faster, and more reliable business decisions across the entire company.
This role accelerates Envalior’s transformation into a data driven enterprise by producing models and insights that shape strategic decisions, enhance forecasting accuracy, reduce waste, and increase productivity globally.
Main Responsibilities
* Explore, analyze and correct complex datasets to improve data completeness and quality in source systems.
* Build analysis tools to identify harmonization gaps in Envalior’s in data and process landscape
* Model complex datasets to deliver predictive, prescriptive, and explanatory models that support global business functions.
* Define data requirements and ensure use of approved, high quality data sources in collaboration with Data Architects and MDM Experts.
* Document, maintain, and monitor model lifecycle artefacts, including performance metrics, drift detection, retraining needs, and compliance requirements.
* Ensure all models adhere to ethical AI standards, fairness criteria, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
* Master’s degree or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Econometrics, or Engineering.
* Professional Experience 5 to 10 years.
* Experience in Advanced modelling
* Advanced skills in working with Python and ML Ops.
* Experienced in analytics engineering.
* Know-how in data storytelling.
* Business acumen.
