Your prospective job:
We are looking for you as a Data Analyst (m/f/d) in the area of Düsseldorf/ Duisburg for a full time employment. Our customer is a leading company in the industry of High-Tech and Defence with focus on Aeronautical engineering.
Your responsibilities:
- Analysis of business requirements in the manufacturing sector and development of BI solutions to support decision-making processes
- Integration of data from various sources such as ERP systems, production systems, sensors, and external data sources for comprehensive analysis and reporting
- Performing data modeling and optimization to ensure that BI solutions meet user requirements
- Working closely with various departments such as production, supply chain, quality management, and management to understand and implement BI requirements
Your profile:
- Several years of professional experience in business intelligence, ideally in the manufacturing industry (senior)
- Alternatively: Initial practical experience in data engineering (e.g., through internships, working student positions, or study projects), ideally in the manufacturing industry (junior)
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Scala, Python, and Spark
- Experience in data modeling, data integration, and data visualization
- Knowledge of SQL (Backend) and database management systems
- Experience with DevSecOps, Docker and Kubernetes (senior)
- Very good written and spoken English skills, German skills would be a plus
