Go-to-Market Manager (f/m/d/x) – Germany
Our client is a leading tech company, connecting consumers with retailers through digital platforms. For their new office located in Berlin, we are looking for a strategic and commercially minded Product Marketing & Go-to-Market Manager with proven experience in B2B digital media or media agency environments.
This role is central to shaping the storytelling and commercial positioning of company's advertising solutions and enabling their Sales team to communicate clearly. In this role you will focus on creating effective narratives, messaging, and tools that support Sales in presenting and selling digital media offerings.
Your Responsibilities
* Global Brand Strategy and Local Adaptation:
You will be responsible for developing and executing a tailored go-to-market strategy that addresses both global and local market needs, strengthening the brand positioning across different markets.
* Product Portfolio Management & Market Launches:
You will coordinate the launch of new products and services, focusing on targeted positioning in relevant verticals and markets, working closely with the global product marketing team and product team to ensure market requirements and KPIs are accurately implemented.
* Market Research and Market Needs:
You will conduct detailed market research to identify trends that address the needs of local target audiences. You will translate this information into strategic recommendations for product development and communication.
* Storytelling and Communication:
You will develop compelling storytelling strategies and positioning approaches that integrate global corporate storytelling while also addressing the specific needs and desires of local markets.
* Sales Enablement & Support for the Sales Team:
You will support our sales team by preparing and providing product training and participating in the preparation of presentations to strategic customers.
* Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
You will work closely with internal teams (e.G., product, communications, sales) and coordinate your strategies and initiatives with external stakeholders to drive market launches and brand growth.
Your Profile
* You have extensive experience in a similar role (preferably from an international tech company or media agency) with solid expertise in developing and executing go-to-market strategies.
* Results-Oriented:
You are focused on KPIs and performance tracking, with the ability to implement marketing initiatives that achieve measurable results.
* Brand Strategy and Positioning:
You have experience adapting global brand strategies and storytelling to local markets and are able to develop compelling brand messaging.
* Communication and Team Skills:
Your communication skills are excellent, and you excel at working with various internal and external stakeholders to drive projects forward.
* Languages:
Fluent in both German and English – written and spoken.
