Responsibilities

:
1. Partner closely with and support senior EMEA GWMS team members on capital raising efforts in the region
2. Collaborate with global product specialists and investor relations teams to coordinate information for LP requests and marketing materials
3. Manage investor research andpile materials for roadshows, presentations, and pitches
4. Keep abreast of latest product performances updates, proactively providing aftersales for all products with a specific emphasis on evergreen products
5. Lead operational support on product structuring, marketing/event requests, and updates to marketing materials
6. Attend research meetings andpile organized summary notes, clearly articulating all follow-ups and deadlines
7. Own management of Salesforce/CRM activity and related data requests
8. Provide excellent and professional client service, always representing Apollo's core values
9. Meaningfully contributes to strategic dialogue and collaborates effectively with CPS colleagues, investment teams, and external partners
10. Grow into taking ownership of client accounts and building relationships across industry networks

Qualifications & Experience
11. 3+ years of relevant sales, marketing, or investor relations experience at either an alternative asset management firm, or investment bank
12. Undergraduate degree from a top-tier university
13. German language fluency essential
14. Strong understanding of financial markets required; knowledge of private markets landscape (private credit, infrastructure, real estate, private equity) preferred
15. Takes initiative and is accountable for driving processes to conclusion
16. Superior interpersonal skills; builds and maintains strong relationships/credibility with external clients
17. Excellent ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail
18. Entrepreneurial, self-guided work ethic with results-driven orientation
19. Excels in a fast-paced, rigorous work environment; effectively prioritizes and meets deadlines
