These tasks will relate to our large projects — in both the public and private sectors.As a Business Consultant, you will help ensure that Netcompany's IT projects are embedded within our clients' organisations and professional processes. Additionally, you will help ensure that users have the right skills, so both the users and the organization as a whole are ready when the new product is implemented.The tasks of a Business Consultant are diverse. They may include planning, coordinating, and executing organizational and business implementation, such as:Assisting the client with change management initiativesDeveloping user guides, training materials, and conducting training for the client's usersConducting analyses of and reporting on change readinessMapping processes and facilitating workshops with the clientEstablishing benefit tracking models and developing communication plansBuilding solid domain knowledge by participating in and facilitating analysis work, testing, and refinement activitiesAbout youYou ask questions when in doubt — or share your knowledge when you're not.
