As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for the daily legal administration of clients' matters from inception to closure.
You will work closely with our experienced professionals to provide expert support in managing SPV, PE/RE and SOPARFI structures.
Your Responsibilities
* Manage clients' daily legal affairs, ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders such as notaries, lawyers and government agencies.
* Organize and prepare board meetings and general assemblies, drafting meeting minutes as required.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service.
* Coordinate bank account openings and maintain regular communication with banks on behalf of clients.
Requirements and Qualifications
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within a PFS, Fiduciary or Asset Management Company in Luxembourg.
* Proven expertise in the Fund Industry, with knowledge of SPV and Holdings structures.
* Fluent English and French language skills are essential; additional language proficiency is a plus.
* Degree in Law is desirable but not mandatory; relevant experience and skills will be considered equally.
