As Chief Data Officer for the Europe West Super region you will play a pivotal role in shaping EYs data strategy governance and innovation ensuring alignment and impact across multiple countries and service lines.ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership : Drive the development and execution of the regional data strategy ensuring alignment with global and local priorities.Cross-Functional Enablement : Champion cross-country and cross-Service Line collaboration operationalizing best practices and supporting locally led data initiatives across Europe West.Data-Driven Transformation : Foster a culture of data-driven innovation to enable business transformation and accelerate AI adoption.Insight Generation : Coordinate analytics efforts to deliver actionable insights that inform business decisions and enhance service delivery.Thought Leadership & Talent Development : Represent EY as a thought leader in data management collaborating with internal and external stakeholders and lead the development of high-performing data teams.QualificationsTo qualify for the role you must have :A degree in Computer Science Data Science Business Informatics or a related field and 10 years in senior data leadership roles.Proven expertise in data governance and data product creation in complex international environments.Ideally youll also demonstrate :Experience leading cross-functional multicultural teams and driving large-scale transformation initiatives.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English.What we offer youAt EY well develop you with future-focused skills and equip you with world-class experiences.
