Your tasks
The focus of this vacancy is primarily on entrepreneurial and personnel management. You will act as a mentor and strategist to sustainably stabilize and expand the clinic.
7. Site development: They develop a clear vision for the clinic, rebuild structures and establish a successful 24/7 service model.
8. Team leadership: You are responsible for managing a team of approximately 25-30 veterinarians and all clinical staff. You foster a climate of trust and stability.

11. Presence & Mentoring: As a manager, you are present on-site, promote young talent and support your team in their professional development.

Your profile
13. Qualification: Completed studies in veterinary medicine and German license to practice.
14. Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience, combined with sound experience in managing larger teams or a clinic/practice.
15. Leadership focus: We are looking for a "Leader First." Your strength lies in managing organizations and motivating people. A high degree of clinical experience is not required.
16. Personality: You impress with a professional demeanor, a high degree of personal responsibility, and a customer- and team-oriented work style.
17. Language level: Fluent German (at least C1 level).
18. Expertise: A specialist veterinary qualification is advantageous, however, your management skills are crucial for this role.
