Tasks:
* Technical task management for HR specialists
* Ensuring compliance with legal, operational, and individual contractual provisions
* Conducting personnel selection interviews for specialists and managers
* Implementing measures in the area of compensation and benefits
* Designing and implementing HR projects in coordination with the HR manager, Level 2
* Providing advice and support on all personnel-related issues and aspects of labor law
* Creating and maintaining project plans for HR projects, including schedules, milestones, and resource allocation
* Progress monitoring and evaluation, preparation of reports, and support in the preparation of HR controlling reports
* Participation in the development, maintenance, and optimization of HR processes
* Participation in the design of works agreements in coordination with the HR line organization
* Ensuring targeted project communication internally and externally
Requirements:
* Completed degree with a focus on human resources, organization, or labor law, or comparable qualification
* Relevant experience as an HR manager/HR officer
* Extensive knowledge of the Works Constitution Act as well as labor and social security law
* Very good written and spoken English and German skills
* Good user knowledge of SAP/R3 (HR)
* High affinity for software and confident use of MS Office, especially
* PowerPoint and Excel, with a corresponding understanding of data preparation options (e.g., Pivot)
* Open-mindedness and ability to work in a team
* Assertiveness
* Knowledge and experience in the application of process optimization methods
* Very good knowledge of the MS Office package, especially Excel, MS Project, MS Visio
* Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
* Negotiation and communication skills
* Business fluent English skills (spoken and written), additional foreign language (Spanish, French) desirable
* High social competence
* Ability to work in a team
* Willingness to travel on business
