Role Overview
We are seeking a freelance Subject Matter Expert (SME) with deep experience in Digital Transformation, AI Strategy, and Enterprise AI Implementation.
The SME will own the framework and content of the course — designing and creating learning outcomes, modules, case studies, exercises, assessments, handouts.
This person must be strategic, hands-on, and accountable for real impact to ensure the course content is created for a next-generation professional course that equips learners to design, govern, and operationalize digital & AI transformation .
The SME will be creating course content that goes well beyond tool usage or theory — the content will enable the learners how to:
* Diagnose business and operational bottlenecks
* Design, build, integrate custom GPTs, other AI agents and AI services
* Automate enterprise workflows and orchestrate AI-augmented processes
* Lead ethical AI governance across teams and organizations
The SME needs to create course content such that the course graduates will be transformational managers — not just analysts or operators — capable of driving measurable organizational change.
Core tasks
1. Define a compelling, differentiated Digital & AI Transformation Manager course curriculum outline that positions this course as a market leader
2. Develop Advanced, Practical Content for this course - You will build all core learning materials such that learners walk away with applied skills, not just conceptual understanding.
3. Build High-Impact Assessments & Practicals for this course - You build real business scenarios and case challenges, hands-on labs (e.g., designing a custom GPT for workflow automation, other AI Agents), peer reviews, project rubrics, portfolio deliverables, etc. so that the earners produce tangible artifacts.
4. Build content to ensure Industry Relevance & Future-Readiness to reflect evolving AI and transformation trends
What You’ll Bring
* Worked as Digital & AI Transformation Manager, Digital Transformation Manager, AI Transformation Manager or a similar role in the industry
* Proven hands-on experience leading or contributing to strategic digital transformation initiatives, including defining transformation roadmaps, redesigning business processes, and delivering measurable business impact using digital and AI technologies
* Strong practical experience in AI strategy and enterprise AI implementation, including designing, deploying, integrating, and scaling solutions such as Generative AI, AI agents, workflow automation, and AI-augmented decision systems is preferred
* Prior experience in curriculum design, instructional design, course development, or professional training is highly preferred
* This is a high-impact role in shaping a flagship program, there will be collaboration with product and teaching teams in a flexible, remote-friendly environment on the course content
