As an Account Executive Mid-Market for the DACH market, you will support all merchants who express their wish to install Alma’s solutions and discover their own challenges. This is for you the opportunity play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and contribute directly to Alma’s sales success. About the mission As an Account Executive Mid-Market working for the DACH market, your main responsibilities include: Managing the entire sales cycle (for both Outbound & Inbound) of new Mid-Market accounts (turnovers between €10M-€250M) from prospecting, leads qualification to negotiation and contract signature. Engaging with C-Level Executives, acting as a trusted advisor to navigate their challenges and demonstrate the value of Alma’s solutions. Representing Alma at trade shows and conferences in the DACH Region and Europe. Contributing to the optimisation of internal processes to support Alma's scalability. Maximizing Alma’s take rate by ensuring activated merchants are fully optimized. About you Your Experience : You have 4-6 years of relevant experience in similar roles, with a proven track record in B2B mid-market software sales. You are native German and fluent in English. You have excellent communication skills. You have in-depth knowledge of navigating the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, with experience in negotiation and contract signing. Your Skills Entrepreneurial mindset: You spot opportunities for growth, suggest a plan to address them, and execute it. You’re able to work independently without a ton of established structure or processes. Hunter mindset: You have a proven track record in outbound sales, being in the top 10% sellers in your team. Excellent analytical mindset. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Well organized with a structured approach. What would make you stand out from the crowd? You have experience(s) in the Payment / BNPL / E-commerce industry / SaaS. You already launch new offers and are confortable collaborating with multiple stakeholders on strategic projects.
