The Senior KAM / Player Coach will oversee the sales strategy and execution for the cardiometabolic franchise, while supporting and developing a team of Key Account Managers across key European markets for a lead product in the cardiometabolism space, Familial Chylomicronemia Syndrome (FCS) as the initial target ultra orphan indication, with Severe Hypertriglyceridemia (SHTG) in development. As the Senior KAM, you will be responsible for supporting the development of a high-performing team, while developing your own territory, overseeing regional account activity, and communicating key field insights and new opportunities. You will be expected to provide inspiring support and clear direction to drive team performance.
Contribute to the development of comprehensive account prioritisation and targeting with clear performance metrics and management oversight.
Achievement of local access, sales and activity targets and KPIs in line with company expectations and brand strategies.
Identify and assess new market opportunities, supporting the creation, testing, and refinement of new initiatives.
Cultivate a culture of compliance, ensuring adherence to corporate policies, procedures, and all legal and regulatory standards.
Build strong working relationships with key cross-functional teams, including Medical Affairs, Marketing, Access, Compliance, and Finance.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Proven success in leading sales teams, developing new markets, launching innovative products, and driving rapid revenue growth.
Ability to thrive in a start-up environment and take on roles beyond traditional responsibilities.
