Job Description As Lead Commercial and Revenue Data Analyst, you will use advanced analytical skills to solve various problems facing the business. You will play a critical role in championing the use of data to drive revenue growth from our products and services. You will be part of the Analytics team and work specifically for the Commercial and Pricing teams. You will work closely with the Commercial and Pricing teams to prioritize tasks, ensuring that the data you prepare addresses their specific questions. Additionally, you will collaborate with them to provide valuable insights, recommendations, and strategies that align with commercial goals and drive business success. Your approach to achieving these objectives will vary from day to day. One day, you may be setting the strategic direction for key initiatives, the next you could be analyzing data and identifying trends to uncover insights, and on another day, you might focus on improving operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Your role will require flexibility and the ability to adapt to evolving business needs while maintaining a focus on driving revenue growth. You need to be technically skilled and comfortable with spending time on data preparation, cleaning, and coding—particularly in SQL—since only clean data can deliver meaningful and reliable insights. Your responsibilities Own the end-to-end data pipeline, ensuring that data is efficiently extracted, cleaned, and structured before analysis. Use SQL to query large datasets, optimize performance, and ensure data accuracy. Apply common data definitions to maintain consistency across reports and analyses, ensuring alignment with business metrics. Support the While Label migration process by maintaining legacy data requirements, ensuring data continuity, and helping design the optimal structure for future revenue analytics. Understand revenue performance and opportunities – Monitor trends in customer behavior and spending, analyze root causes, identify risks, and deliver actionable recommendations. Design analytical solutions – Work with the Commercial Finance team and other senior stakeholders to turn business questions into clearly scoped analytical projects. Deliver analytical projects end-to-end – Ensure work is robust, accurate, and delivered in a timely manner. Communicate results to drive impact – Share insights and results in a commercial and compelling manner, with strong data visualization. Build strong cross-functional relationships – Collaborate with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, Finance, Product, and other supporting teams. Provide support and oversight to strategic projects.
