Your Responsibilities:
1. Lead strategic planning and site development in coordination with the Head of Operations.
2. Ensure compliance by obtaining and maintaining all relevant site-related permits.
3. Oversee PET tracer production and quality control operations.
4. Manage and support department heads across Production, Quality Control, and Quality Assurance.
5. Coordinate maintenance and repair activities.
6. Align production planning with the sales team.
7. Drive process enhancements and standardization in production and testing.
8. Support quality assurance improvements in line with GMP guidelines.
9. Execute special projects as assigned by the Head of Operations.
10. Lead recruitment and manage site staff in collaboration with HR.
Your Profile:
11. Degree in a technical or scientific field, ideally in pharmacy or chemistry.
12. Proven line management experience (minimum of 5 direct reports).
13. Extensive experience in radiopharmaceutical development, production, and quality control.
14. Strong communication and organizational skills.
15. Reliable, resilient, and detail oriented.
16. Fluent in both written and spoken English and German.
