Manage reservations efficiently through our booking system. Organize and update the seating plan in coordination with the floor and kitchen teams. Anticipate guest needs and ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience from arrival to departure. Handle guest inquiries, calls, and special requests with care and attention. Be the link between guests and the service team, ensuring a consistent flow and communication. Profil recherché Your Profile: Fluent in English ; German is a strong advantage. A positive, sunny, and welcoming personality with a natural smile. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sense of organization and attention to detail. Comfortable with multitasking and fast-paced environments. A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience. Previous experience as a host/hostess or in customer service is a plus, but not required, your attitude and energy matter most!
